Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 17, 2025

The Lemon Girl prepares fresh salads and desserts made to order in a private home kitchen. Because our products are perishable and customized, all sales are final.

All Sales Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including
• Change of mind
• Personal taste preferences
• Missed pickup
• Delayed pickup
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Items left outside after delivery
• Improper storage after pickup or delivery

Limited Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be issued only in rare and exceptional situations and only at the sole discretion of The Lemon Girl. We may request photos or additional information to review a claim.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Timeframe for Requests

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Requests received after that time will not be considered.

Food Quality and Allergies

We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions, ingredient sensitivities, or misunderstanding of ingredients. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and communicate allergies before ordering.

Late or Missing Orders

If The Lemon Girl is responsible for a failure to prepare or deliver an order, we will work with you to issue a refund or credit. This does not apply if the customer provided incorrect contact or address information.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All ingredients and preparation costs begin immediately.
